Results from the 2008 Outback Classic!

I've got to ride in an off road stage race like this in the next 4 to 5 years. The grueling stages, river crossings, brutal climbs, sand, unbearable heat, and punishing terrain. Now that would be a fun race! Check out the final story from VeloNews. Here's a link from VeloNews with stage results, pictures, and details. Check out a few pictures from the race.

Josh Tostado wins 24 Hours of Moab Solo.

He beat Tinker Juarze and Chris Eatough. That's pretty impressive. Check out the short video from Superhuman Magazine. The format is pretty basic; just start riding laps on an off road course that is usually between 10 and 15 miles start to finish. The person with the most laps at the end of 24 hours wins.

24 Hours of Moab

This years event should be one of the best 24 hour races in a while. In the men's solo division will be two-time Olympian and 2003 Moab champion, Tinker Juarez (Cannodale-MonaVie), of Downey, California., defending champion Chris Eatough (Trek VW), Ellicott City, Maryland, and Josh Tostado (Giant), Breckenridge, Colorado. All three of these pro ultra endurance riders are great. Here's a link to the article from BikeRadar.
