Riding in a team support car.

Here’s a good article from VeloNews describing what its like to ride in one of the support vehicles of a professional cycling team during a race. The stages are generally long and riding in the support vehicle one would see a lot of things in the way of crazy fans, crashes, giving the riders food, water, and helping with any mechanical problems. I posted some pictures from the article but you can check it all out here at VeloNews. They were taken during one of the stages of this years Tour Of California.

Here are some good pictures take by Graham Watson and Casey Gibson from stage 3. There were a few crashes and the stage was won by Thor Hushovd. Levi Leipheimer kept the overall lead. Here's the article from VeloNews.

Oakley Jawbone

Check out the new Oakly Jawbone sunglasses. Lance, Thor, and a few other riders have been wearing them. They will be for sale to the public soon. Check out the article here at Velonews.

Armstrong at the track!

Maybe he's going to go for the 1 hour record. Here's Lance testing two different bikes at the track. I love the Trek T1 track bike (red one). Check out the story here at Velonews.
